Retest by setting shader quality to ultra. If that does not work also try a Strict setup (WCB+WDB+RCB+RDB+CPU blit) @Emulator-Team-2
@Triticum0 No change after enabling these settings, I have already tested all these options before.

Looks like the nvidia shader precision bug, but could also be a missing MSAA barrier.
Also happens to me on the JP version of the game. I'm currently on Windows 11, i5 14600KF and RX 6700XT. I also had the exact same issue when using a i7 4790K and 3060Ti on Win10 and Linux 3 years ago.
