Ask for support in Discord or Forums instead, either way your CPU is a dual core and you're trying to boot TLOU so I wouldn't waste my time if I was you as it's going to run at single digit FPS even if it doesn't crash.

Doesn't matter if you didn't try something you can't know for sure I played gta 5 with this specs with 30 fps and more Played far cry 4 like 26 fps and primal like 16 fps Even new dawn like 10 fps So i still have faith on it and I'm not wasting my time dear
