So far it doesn't seem to be reggression, tried a few builds just in case, but yesterday was playing on same build, worked just fine, seems to be something with save perphaps? I've deleted everything except mission saves and allow me to reach main menu again, but now it's just straight up crash.

After removing all save data, game boots:

I have no idea, which PR resolved that, was able to load a mission save lately on ARM version of RPCS3 so technically can close that.
