Quick summary

Game will always crash with dead FIFO no matter how high you set wake-up delay or with fifo accuracy. Sometimes the game will not crash but it will freeze and spam E {RSX [0x0302ecc]} RSX: nv406e::semaphore_acquire has timed out. semaphore_address=0x40000800
