HLE: use original filename for media exports #15548

No idea what's the real logic here. I was just winging it with the title before. It's most likely just meant for metadata.

Yes I did, removed the quote folder thing, ran installer then XMB. With that incorrect folder name it wouldn't show up, thats why I wanted to originally say that it still would have to be moved back to music folder, but works being in that 'music_stereo' thing, wondering how many games named the folder same way xD

Also, please post a log of the vsh run

Previously didn't attach the log as vsh needed killing RPCS3 process and starting things over to boot properly. Here's working one: HeavyRainOST_VSH.log.gz
