I am having the same issue. Reproduced with COD3, MCLA Complete edition, and PS3 4.91 Firmware, on the latest build. I cannot boot into any game. I have also observed a massive CPU spike before crashing. I have tried disabling overclocking and the same issue occurred. In fact, the first time I opened RPCS3 and the firmware, it triggered a blue screen. Subsequent runs have not done so.

Specs: Windows 10 i9-14900k 4090 4tb SSD 64gb ram

Let me know if you need anything else from me. Thanks!

EDIT: Also reproducible on 0.0.32-16617 and 0.0.32-16559 (2 weeks and 30 days ago respectively), so I suspect it might be a setup issue on my end.

Can you check if it's the same as #15712?

ogevilmike commented 3 months ago

It's not the same issue, mine is doing it Anytime you try to load anything it'll stop randomly between 15 and 80. I can clear the cache all I want but it doesn't do anything. When I try to install the firmware it installs the firmware and then right afterwards it would go to compile and it'll crash. Looking over at the other guy's post it doesn't sound like it's the same issue but it could be related.
