Beyond Good & Evil HD ignore the Resolution Scale settings #15796

Quick summary

RPCS3 0.0.32-16683 and NPEB00435 (BG&E), the game and the emulator completely ignore the Resolution Scale settings.

Details

Due to recent changes on the project wiki https://wiki.rpcs3.net/index.php?title=Beyond_Good_%26_Evil_HD by Beyond Good & Evil we were able to launch the game without problems with graphic elements. But at the moment there is a problem on RPCS3 0.0.32-16683 and NPEB00435 (BG&E), the game and the emulator completely ignore the Resolution Scale settings, I tried 300% and 400%, OpenGL and Vulkan - the game runs at 720p
