support for remote play between RPCS3 and a PS vita (or emulating both with rpcs3, with the PS Vita game being in a seperate window), as some games have cross-controller functionality like LittleBigPlanet 2, with the cross-controller pack

I highly doubt RPCS3 itself will ever support your second idea regarding emulating the Vita, iirc there is a separate psp2 branch that only barely dabbled with that but it's abandoned and years out of date, you'd easily be better off with something like Vita3K. No idea if inter-emulator connectivity would be a solution for cross controller functionality (akin to how Dolphin and mGBA handled GBA-Wii connectivity iirc).
