PS1 Classics (PAL) too fast. #4808

PAL PS1 Classics are too fast, they need to be locked in 50FPS instead of 60 when framelimit is on "Auto".

@Kazeira As far as I know, the "Auto" option is controlled by the "VBlank Frequency" in the Advanced settings tab. So try setting that one to 50Hz

I tried installing PS1 pkg file but the emulator just closes without warning. I'm under Linux Lubuntu 20.04. RPCS3.log

@Megamouse Excuse me for the late response Setting the Vblank frequency to 50Hz work correctly as expected of course.

Maybe always setting the Vblank at 60Hz by default isn't ideal ? Perhaps adding a checkbox to enable custom Vblank frequency would be better to automatically set it to 50/60Hz as long as it's unchecked:

If the games/applications have a way to change the internal Vblank then simply use what they ask.
Set it to 50Hz if 576i/p are used. But I think most(all?) of PS3 games are still internally at 60Hz when using PAL resolutions, but simply skip frames to be at 50Hz so it should be limited to PS1/2 games.

Ah right. The pal versions don't run at 60. I'll try to fix it later.
