Feature Request: Performance improvements for non-tsx CPU #7405

RSX have been very well optimized, sometimes reaching 2k fps! I look forward that non-tsx cpu also get some attention.

I managed to get this on my Ryzen 1700, over a year ago. Obviously indicating that RPCS3 has finished development and AMD has won the fight. RPCS3 stable release is being delayed because Intel is too slow. image Okay, thats enough shitposting from me for today. But really. This isn't even an issue. Zen 2 cpu's are substantially faster than before, and TSX hasn't made much of a difference in performance with RPCS3 for a long time. The issue is that Ryzen still needs more single-thread performance. The IPC is good now, but the clock speed is still lower than what an overclocked intel part can hit. But zen 2 definetely closed the gap.

This is a non-issue, TSX path is obviously faster but it's not like non-TSX is intentionally slower and/or not improved on
