Incorrect Textures (disco!) on Player Armored Core in BLUS30027 #9385

Quick summary

Changing weapon loadout causes incorrect textures (disco!) randomly on your Player Armored Core during the next mission.

Details

Repro: 1.) Launch game 2.) Go to ACSIS 3.) Go to Weapon 4.) Change all the weapons on your AC. 5.) Save changes to the schematic 6.) Go to Test 7.) Observe some textures on your AC are disco. Repro Rate: 80% (Tested 10 times, got it 8 of out 10).

Can't open the RSX capture here (crashes with memory access violation), tagging @kd-11 for triaging

Edit: RSX Capture issue tracked on #9393, will revisit once it's fixed

9393 got closed, so recapturing the issue.
