WHITE ALBUM [BLJM60229] Unplayable + Epileptic Flickering

I'm not too sure what to explain other than the fact that the game simply flickers and flashes on load. It will infinitely display the initial warning and "Now Loading..." graphic while the game flashes in a way that makes any eye uncomfortable. Log and specs are below.

CPU: i7-4720HQ 2.6GHz GPU: GeForce 960m RAM: 16gb

GeForce drivers and Windows 10 are both at the latest available versions.
