When patches are enabled, Sonic Unleashed takes a really long time to boot.

Details

Since #9707, if you enable a patch for Sonic Unleashed, it'll take a really long time to boot. Boot times remain normal without patches.

My game's serial is NPUB31204, and the patch used is the 1280x720 resolution one
