Merging this would cause the navigation bar does not move with the users scrolling, please fix this. Also I notice some weird box highlight when clicking on the forms for login page and sign up page. Idk if this is related to changes you made in the global CSS file but you should try fixing this. Before making any global changes, make sure functionality for the rest of the website remains the same.
