Dynamic Borrowing History #21

Based on the userid and whether they are an admin (stored in cookies), the borrowing history page shows the relevant items.

The borrowing page looks good, but I can't seem to log in (with either account). The console seems to be giving a "Cannot read properties of null (reading 'addEventListener')" error
