Completed the markup (Which includes the HTML and CSS) for the general homepage.
The styling for the navigation bar can be carried over to the rest of the webpage.
I tried to get as close to the wireframe as possible.
Still need to do:
Make buttons work
Change the image being displayed to a lab landing page rather than the wireframes (Which were just a placeholder)
