A user should be able to download an expense report detailing how much has been spent per year #38

This is mainly for tax purposes. For some majors such as architecture, you can write off the cost of filament on your taxes as a school expense. This would only need to be a high level itemized dump from the database and a "total" field.

Already mostly possible by clicking on "view projects" in the sidebar and then one of the export buttons on top. Just have to add a row with the total semester cost. It'd also be smart to rename the buttons or draw attention to them somehow.
