Mobile Front End Rework #53

This issue is to keep track of all the things needed for the mobile front end rework. This is not a comprehensive list but just a way to keep track. Things currently needed:

Fix chat display and sizing (fix currently in the works)
Fix myforge side bar
Organize static files into their respective apps
Fix machine usage and status page
