Build API for creating Account

Expected Behavior:

Create API

• API should be protected using authentication classes.
• API code should be wrapped within try-except block.
• Steps:
  1. User should be extracted using request.
  2. Check validity of IFSC Code using third party API (razorpay).
  3. If IFSC Code is valid then account should be created using data provided in request.
  4. Account should be linked with User table by phone number field.
  5. A proper message of successful account creation should be sent after creating account.

Delete API

• API should be protected using authentication classes.
• API code should be wrapped within try-except block.
• Steps:
  1. User should be extracted using request.
  2. Account should be extracted using account_number from request.data.
  3. Extracted account should be deleted and a success message should be sent with proper status code.

@harshkhasbage77 By proper message it is not meant to send an sms. A Response object is to be sent instead. Update the code accordingly.
