Request to change the default Windows installer location. #1403

Right now Maptools on Windows installs to AppData\Local. Instead I would like MapTools to default install to C:\Program Files\ (or C:\Program Files(86)\ If it is a 32 bit program)

You're going to need expand upon why you want this change and what problem it would solve.

Installing to that location required elevated permissions, eg Admin level, which makes the program less accessible to people as not everyone has that level of access.

There is no compelling reason to change the default install location here.
