[Feature]: Provide a MapTool GUI interface for the audio playing feature apparently currently supported only by macros #3832

Feature Request

Would like to be able to play audio clips or streams without having to do macro programming. In other words, I would like to be able to set it up directly in the MapTool UI. Files referenced on the MapTool server would be sent, temporarily, over to the player's machines when played by the GM.

The Solution you'd like

Allow GMs (the guy running the game and person who will start the MapTool server) to use the MapTool UI to setup audio files or streams to play to add either atmosphere or sound effects to their games to give players a more exciting experience.

Alternatives that you've considered.

I've experimented with playing audio on my local machine, but audio technology filters out the sounds as noise for my players when I use Discord. Even thunder claps are filtered out.

We must play the audio from the players machine via MapTool.

What features would the audio player need beyond "play this sound"? Play this ambient track on map X and that one on map Y? Play what for whom? Triggers for sound effects? Macro functions to drive it?

I would look at Foundry VTT as an example of how they do it:

Then, if that's too much to implement, try providing basic features such as providing the GM with the ability to create a list of audio files and selectively play them for all to hear during the game.
