[Feature]: Localised field labels for stat-sheet handlebars templates #4141

Describe the Problem

Stat-sheet templates using handlebars don't have field names that have been localised. This means stat-sheet templates, particularly the built-in ones will not be truly border agnostic.

The Solution you'd like

Include standard field names -- Name, GM, Label, Bubble/Callout, PC, NPC, Properties, Property, Name, Value, and Notes as handlebars variables.

Sorry for the criticism but isn't this like wanting Wolph42 to translate the variables in bot? Imho this is fair enough to request from someone building a stat sheet.

I think I need to clarify. if I want to display something like Name: Chief Boss Cocky I would like the Name to be localised. So in French it would read (French word for Name): Chief Boss Cocky
