Hashing functions would prove helpful in a variety of things in MTScript, one such use would be the ability to store keys that matched an external feed of spells/items/etc that a framework distributor can not provide because they don't have the license but still provide a way to match assets based on hashed keys.

Create hash.* functions to hash strings.
