[Feature]: Display Library token Info in the "Lib:Token properties" tab. #5006

Describe the Problem

Lib tokens are often poorly versioned and documented. There are functions to pull info, but entering it requires creating properties and manually editing them. Further, the display of important info is obscured by functions like library.getInfo().

The Solution you'd like

I would like the "Lib:Token properties" tab to display every field in the library.getInfo function and allow them to be editable there. More people might use it if it was more accessible (I know I would).

I guess the library.getInfo data is only for lib.tokens in add-ons?

At any rate, I'd still like to have a place on regular lib tokens to view and edit the fields that library.getInfo displays. There is an entire tab for "Lib:Token Properties" and it would be nice to see it used.
