owncloud needs PHP 7.1.0 #167

My last update crash my owncloud installation. It doesn't work anymore. This is the last update:

Owncloud stop working and says:

You are currently running PHP 7.0.33-0+deb9u7. Please update your PHP version.

This is my Rasbian:

pi@raspberrypi:~ $ lsb_release -a

Sorry. I didn't noticed, that this is from other sources.
