Cmake 3.20 #238

Can you update cmake 1.33 to 3.20 because when I was trying to compile cryengine it said needed 1.34 or more and the latest verison is 3.20

Debian is not a rolling release distro and huge version changes like that are likely to break things. However, I see they have 3.16.3 in backports, which gives some confidence that it should be fine with that version. This should be in our repo now.
