I run a dist-upgrade on an IPv6-only machine, and due to raspbian.42.fr, ftp.igh.cnrs.fr, ftp.crifo.org not being IPv6 capable, some packages fail to download. I propose that you remove mirrors which do not have IPv6 from rotation -- or detect that if a request is coming in over IPv6, only an IPv6-capable mirror should be returned.
