add support for generating auto readme for mikrotik lists #1687

This adds a new script and adjusts the rest of it so that the readme.md is also generated for the new Mikrotik lists. (to insert the lists via copy & paste) if this is possible for Mikrotik users. If this is merged, the templates for the readmes can then be adjusted under .github/markdown_templates/Mikrotik... (headers and footers for automatic generation)

I did a quick test to see how to insert the lists using copy and paste. With RouterOS (via Winbox) as a VM, you can't insert all the links. You can do it without much effort by just inserting each link individually.

@RPiList Ist es besser die automatisch generierten Readme in der Ausführung zu lassen wie es bei der Blocklisten.md ist, mit den man alle Links aus einmal Kopieren kann oder soll jeder Link einzeln kopiert werden, wie es bei der Readme von den "Internet Services" ist?

Aktuelles Ergebnis der auto gen. readme ist in der letzten Comment zu finden.

Für eigene Tests mit Mikrotik RouterOS gibt es ein OVA Image für VMware, VirtualBox, etc. und dazu WinBox

Kann auch nicht sagen was besser ist. Wir machen einfach eine Variante, wenn die Leute das nicht wünschen, sollen sie sich melden. Viele Grüße
