Tried to fix https://github.com/RQC-HU/dcaspt2_input_generator/issues/63. This has only been tested on Windows 11.
Tried to fix a bug that sum_dirac_dfcoef cannot be found when executed in a virtual environment. This has only been tested on Windows 11.
