反転中心対称性のある系の計算をしたとき、以下のようなfunctionsのナンバリングになっている

DIRAC19まで
- gerade/ungerade関係なく並ぶ
DIRAC21以降
- geradeとungeradeで別々にナンバリングされる

この仕様により、#92 について、各原子のfunctionsの数え上げだけではうまくいかない場合があるつまりDIRAC21以降かつ、反転中心対称性がある系だとfunctionsの対応が取れずにエラーになる

DIRAC19までの4成分計算の場合あるSymmetryのlarge, small成分、次のsymmetryの large, small成分の順でインデックスが進む

2成分の場合も同じナンバリンクだが、small成分が0個なので、順番を意識しなくてよい
