USER STORY: Create menu #14

As HTML, Django, and Bootstrap I can create menu from vertical So that the user click onto the toggle button to open on the vertical to right

I had completed menu. it used bootstrap called Offcavas. I choose separate to css style for hover underline . Also I added dropdown "my account" with jQuery for slide-toggle which it was so nice transition style.
