Hotswap dosent work RR 24.6.4

Hotswap dosent work despite of set false or true in advanced menu. Hardware suport it because on other bootloader and firmawre 7.1 it work excelent.

Hotswap requires a lot of conditions, (It needs to be enabled in the BIOS, the hardware support for onboard and expansion cards is different, and the software is also complicated.) and I admit that the option in the advanced menu only does some processing, and many places are not yet completed
