BUG - Surveillance Station - face recognition #1557

Install ENV:

model: DVA3221 (denverton) version: 7.2(69057) Issue: face finding functionnalities of surveillance station not working

Error Message: error message

To reproduce: 1 – install surveillance station using package center 2 – open surveillance station 3 – open face recognition within surveillance station 4 – Select in the left bar face database 5 – Click on create user profile 6 -upload a photo and you get the message “unable to perform this operation because the network is unstable or the system is busy. Please try later”

Please note that I do not have an NVIDIA GPU.

What model of nvdia graphics card?

My Nvidia card is RTX4060.

I did a 2nd test with another PC without Nvida card and installing DVA1622 instead of DVA3221. As I think DVA1622 does not require an NVIDIA card

Unaffortunaletty I get the same error message as above.

Here is the config of the 2nd test: CPU: Intel core i5-12500 RR version: v24.6.7

RR: model: DVA1622 addons: by default configuration modules: by default configuration lkms: prod DSM: 7.2

DVA1622 does not support 12th generation i915 DVA3221 does not support all i915
