"system partition failed" Should it be possible to create a storage pool?
Get grep maxdisks /etc/synoinfo.conf
thanks you sir for the respond . it's only allow create pool with 2 drive . the grep return maxdisk="26" on both 6400 and 3622 build

从磁盘分区看并没什么异常。 你应该在安装不同的型号系统时插入了不同的磁盘,前两个磁盘里的系统和 后两个磁盘里的系统不一致,如果没数据可以尝试格式化
i did everything. but only ds3622xs+ have 4 healthy drive with drive info reading . it's a hba driver complied by RR is bugged.
Yes, Can't rule out this being a driver bug. I cann't reproduced this problem, and no one has reported similar problems. There are no more details of the bug, and I don't know where to modify it.
Because the system partition is wrong, it is the /dev/sata*p1 partition error. I can't remember whether it will affect the creation of the storage pool.
Need to analyze logs of /var/log/*

this issue is normal if the disk serials are not unique. on some hba i had the same issue, others working well. sometimes a firmware upgrade on controller helped to fix this. sometimes oprom activation or deactivation in bios helped.

Issue: sorry for bothering you guys . i currently passthough the H330 Raid Card in ESXI but there is weird issue on SA6400 . it detect all 4 drive but only 2 is healthy and 2 can create pool ( wrong drive info and smart). but on DS3622xs+ it working flawlessly( correct drive info , S.M.A.R.T working normal , create 4 drive without a hitch). DVA have same problem too. here some picture of SA6400 vs Ds3622xs+ build thanks for your time. logs:
