Formatter uses default settings #5

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Select a *.pas file
2. choose Format Pascal Source file using Formatter.exe

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
The source gets formatted with the default settings instead of the ones chosen 
in the delphi IDE.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Delphi XE2 / Win7

You can change the parameters of the Formatter.exe tool in the "Custom Tools" 
tab in the settings Menu.
