DDST does not work on groupproj files

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Right click on xxxxxx.groupproj
2. DDST fails to offer to open it with an IDE (I have many installed)
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

I expect it to offer to open it with one of my installed IDEs.  groupproj files 
are simply lists of dpr files in XML format.

Now, I have to manually launch an IDE and then manually load the groupproj 
file.  I cannot simply double-click on the groupproj to open it, because 
(usually) the wrong IDE version will open.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

v1.51.2 on Win7-64 Pro
