Old and new main #138

Working with D10.2.3 I moved the old main to the new since I did not have on the new main >>> Vcl.ControlList,

The new DITE version (1.97.1.1) was build using Delphi 10.4, if you want compile the sources you need that Delphi version. Just for curiosity why you are trying to build the DITE sources and not using the executable directly?

All of you out there should understand that not all have 10+++++ some even work with 7 with all due respect, I hate seeing sources update it does not make sense not everybody buys every year a new version. And to the point, I tried to compile the exe
