Support for RAD Studio Delphi 2010 #94

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Enhancing Support list.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I would like to have a dark colour of my IDE, instead of the default bright one.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Win 8.1

Very sorry, but is not possible add support to versions minor than XE2.
