"not found" window #11

On windows XP i have window with this message. Debuger trigger this 
"  if (RemoteMachine='') then
  FWMIService := FSWbemLocator.ConnectServer('localhost', 'root\WMI', '', '')"

I guess too old comp, just inform about this window.
