I have a doubt, if it is possible to get the HD speed (RPM), if the memory is 
DDR1, DDR2, DDR3, if the HD is SATA or IDE chipset and Socket Motherboard ...

Yes it possible, but this page is only to report bugs and make requests in the 
WDCC project and you question is related to the WMI, try asking this in a forum 
like http://stackoverflow.com
