Make Publication link customizable #297

There are five possible Links that can be used:

  1. Internal link for existing publication page with exact same name in Website
  2. URL
  3. DOI
  4. cris link
  5. Open access link

Make a list in settings that lets you order the preferred link type priority. Then use this priority.

For Settings: German: "Priorisierung des Titel-Links bei Publikationen", English: "Priority of publication title link"
