Describe the bug A single Tzhaar tile remains red in the Tzhaar city with the yellow HD Tzhaar reskin. {"regionId":9808,"regionX":30,"regionY":4,"z":0,"color":"#FFFF0A00","label":"this 1"} -(Tile marker import to see specified tile)

To Reproduce Unknown

Expected behavior HD tzhaar reskin to be uniform.
