Fix interaction defer calls to match new interface
Fix ping command to show correct roundtrip latency
Fix github command to properly pad modifications (regardless of lines changed)
- Also, the source has been cleaned up.
Make report messages more interactive
- The jump link message initially says "Reporting..." and updates to "Reported" after a successful report.
- The jump link message is removed when the report fails.
- The report is now logged even when the initial jump message fails to send.
Add .env-template
Remove test package script, and remove .env.test and config-test.json from gitignore
- Since config.json and .env are not being committed, the local config.json/.env files can be considered the test settings, as the real settings only need to exist on the host,.
Remove clamp function
Update dependencies to their latest version
Rename src/structures to src/types

Merge this *before anything else as it fixes a type error caused by Discord.js updating their interface.
