This PR contains a few enhancements:

Adds a secondary item highlight list with its own configurable color
Dynamically generates the star image that displays next to matching ground item names, in the user's chosen color
Fixes a game-crashing bug related to dangling quotation marks in option lists that allow for exact matches
Changes the "binary not found" message to a warning rather than an error
