The list is here:

Update the soltuion file to the Visual Studio 2022.
Exclude the RSDKv4.SDL1.sln to Remerge all SDL1 Functions/Definitions into RSDKv4.sln.
Updated dependencies list.
Remove some useless definitions on RetroEngine.hpp
