On Windows, if you put the executable into a directory/subdirectory with too many characters (over 64 characters approximately in Sonic CD, 90 in Sonic 1/2) the game refuses to launch. If you shorten the amount to 64 characters or less the game will launch normally. This bug also affects Sonic CD.
