[GameConfig Editor] Can't add new objects or sfx to blank v5 GameConfig #104

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Open new v5 GameConfig Editor tab with no file open
  2. Go to Objects or Sound FX tab
  3. Click the Add button

It won't work. Only occurs in v5; other versions work properly.
