[Animation Editor] Crash when adding a Frame when no animation was created

1. Open the Animation Editor
2. Click on + in the Frames section
3. Crash

AND

1. Open the Animation Editor
2. Click on + in the Animation section
3. Click on + in the Frames section
4. Click on - in the Animation section to delete the only animation
5. Click on either + or - in the Frames section
6. Crash
