[Animation Editor] Rotation Style list has incorrect order and names.

v3, v4, v5

Expected Behavior

the Rotation Style list shows the correct order and names per animation version type.

Actual Behavior

It uses one general list between v3-5, and the order & names are incorrect.

Steps to Reproduce

1. open any v3/4/5 animation file
2. select an animation, then look at the Rotation Style list.

Additional Comments

The list should probably be dependent on the animation version type chosen.

For example, v5 should display the following in this order:

• No Rotation
• Full Rotation
• Snap to 45 Degree Intervals
• Snap to 90 Degree Intervals
• Snap to 180 Degree Intervals
• Static rotation using extra frames

While v3 and v4 should display the following:

• No Rotation
• Full Rotation
• Snap to 45 Degree Intervals
• Static rotation using extra frames
