Allow different display output formats (full fullscreen?) #7

A fullscreen across the whole size of the switch would be awesome :x

In addition, I'd like there to be a toggle between nearest neighbor and bilinear filtering (at the minimum, more is fine).

I dislike bilinear filtering personally, so I like having the ability to disable it. (the current output is nearest-neighbor at a whole number scale)
